1. Agent vs. standard Referral — what is the difference?

Royal SKM has two ways to bring in new users. Pick the one that fits your situation first.

Standard Referral

Every player automatically gets a referral code when they register. It is self-service from inside the game, and you can earn rewards on the deposit activity of friends you invite. No application needed. See the Referral guide →

Official Agent

Requires an application and approval. It includes a dedicated agent backend, a tiered revenue-share commission, downline management and marketing support. Best for people running promotion professionally.

Earn commission through a tiered revenue-share model. The better your downline performs, the higher the tier.

Dedicated support channels for deposit/withdraw coordination, onboarding help and user-support escalation.

Promotion links, agent codes, QR codes and sharing materials are aligned and used together with the team.

3. Agent eligibility

Baseline agent eligibility —

  • You already have a registered Royal SKM player account with a clean risk record.
  • You can provide a stable promotion channel (community, content, local market, etc.).
  • You agree with responsible-gaming and platform compliance rules.
  • You are willing to share a contact (Telegram / Viber) for ongoing agent-support communication.

Specific entry requirements, commission tier, and any deposit/guarantee are confirmed by agent support during review.

4. Commission model

Agent commission follows a tiered revenue-share model —

  • Rates depend on the number of active downline users, net turnover and net win/loss, calculated stepwise.
  • Specific rates are personalized in the agent backend and adjusted monthly based on performance.
  • New agents typically start at a base tier and graduate to higher tiers once monthly thresholds are met.

Because commission rates are commercial terms, exact percentages are not published on the website. Send your Telegram/Viber, current Royal SKM username and expected promotion scale to agent support, and the current tier table will be shared during onboarding.

5. Settlement cycle

Agent commission is typically settled monthly

  1. The prior month's data is reconciled in the agent backend in the first days of the next month.
  2. The agent confirms the backend statement.
  3. After confirmation, agent support disburses the funds — to the agreed settlement account or the Royal SKM main balance, per agreement.

If you believe a settlement amount is incorrect, send your agent username, the cycle period, the backend amount and the amount actually received to agent support — it will be reconciled against the backend statement.

6. How to apply

Agent accounts are created by agent support through a manual review — there is no online form.

  1. Contact official agent support via Telegram or Viber.
  2. Briefly describe your audience type, traffic source and operation plan.
  3. Review and confirm partner terms, commission tier, promotion-link flow and payout arrangement.
  4. Once approved, agent support opens an agent account for you.
  5. Receive your agent backend login, agent code and sharing materials.

Prepare these before you contact support —

  • Your name and a contact Telegram or Viber
  • Current Royal SKM username (if any)
  • Target promotion market or region
  • Main promotion channel (community / content / page / group)
  • Time you can commit to promotion

7. About the agent backend

The agent backend is a separate website from the player app. In it you can —

  • View downline registrations, active users, and daily/monthly net turnover.
  • View each member's registration, balance, last login, and recharge / withdrawal / turnover statistics.
  • Manage sub-agents (downline agents) by level.
  • Manage commission records, finance and withdrawals.

Your agent username for login is issued by agent support during onboarding (it may differ from your player account). Do not try to log in to the agent backend from inside the player app — only use the official link provided by agent support. Never share your agent backend password with anyone.

8. Promotion links and agent codes

Promotion links and invite codes are generated in the "Promotion" page of the agent backend —

  • Each agent has a unique agent code.
  • The typical link format is https://royalskm.com/?agent=AGENTCODE — opening the link automatically binds the downline relationship.
  • A QR code can be generated and shared as an image.
  • The link only works after it is activated in the backend.

Never distribute "agent links" on non-official domains, and never ask downline users to install third-party APKs — that looks like a fake-site attempt and can trigger downline risk flags.

9. Agent rules and prohibited behavior

The following are compliance violations and can result in frozen commission, link recall, and — for severe cases — agent account termination —

  • Self-betting, wash trading, or collusion to inflate turnover.
  • Mass downline registration from the same device/IP.
  • False advertising of guaranteed returns or guaranteed wins.
  • Privately promising bonuses, rebates or insurance outside platform rules.
  • Helping downline users register with fake identity.
  • Hosting agent promotion on non-official domains.
